What are the statuses?

There are two types of statuses to keep track of your orders: Order status and Timeline status.

Order statuses:

• Pending: the order is in the works
• Ready to fulfill: the order is packed and ready to be charged 
• Fulfilled: the order is packed and charged 
• Completed: the order has been delivered or picked up

The order goes through the statuses automatically if you use the lists. The only status change that is not automatic is the change from “Ready to fulfill” to Fulfilled”. This is because this step involves charging an order. To learn more about how this step works and charging an order please read our article How to charge an order.

If you do not use Navore’s lists, use only some of the lists, or occasionally decide to not use a certain list:

The order statuses do not automatically change. You can still manually change the statuses to keep track of your orders. It may come in handy if you have a larger team, plus it’s helpful to keep track of which orders have been charged and which orders have been completed (if your customer received the order). Orders are not charged automatically; you must charge the order to receive the customer’s payment. Be sure to read How to charge an order for details on how to do this.

Timeline statuses:

• Harvesting
• Pre-packing
• Packing
• Loading
• Delivery/ Pick Up
• Completed

If you do not use Navore’s lists, use only some of the lists, or occasionally decide to not use a certain list:

If your list manager is not turned on, the timeline status will not change until you mark the order as delivered, picked up, or completed. 

If you only use some lists like harvest and delivery, the timeline status will automatically jump from harvest to delivery once the delivery route begins. 

If you occasionally skip harvest or pre-packing lists: For example, if you normally use all lists, but you want to pre-pack without using the list today, your lists will automatically get checked off at the end of the day.
