Have you finished preparing and packing an order? It’s time to charge the order!
There are several ways you can do this, but you must have permission to charge an order. When adding users, the admin selects which users have permission to charge. If you do not have permission to charge, you will just see “ready to fulfill”.
You can charge an order on your orders page.
The statuses let you know which orders have been charged or are ready to be charged.
- The status “Ready to fulfill” means the order is packed and ready to be charged
- The status “Fulfilled” means the order is packed and charged
Choose an order with the status “Ready to fulfill”. Once you review and check the order, select “fulfill and charge order”. You can also use the filters to search for orders with the status “Ready to fulfill” to see the complete list of orders that are ready to be charged.
If you opt out of Navore’s Lists, your order status will NOT be automatically tracked. In this case, you may need to search for orders with a “pending” status to charge the customer.
You can also charge for an order when using the packing list.
On the full packing list of orders, once you complete packing an order you can select “fulfill and charge order”. You can also select an order to go to that order’s packing details and select “fulfill and charge order”.
NOTE: Packers must have permission to charge an order to “fulfill and charge”. If you do not have permission, you can only change the status to “packed and ready to fulfill”.
