What is Minimum Order Value (MOV) and why is it important?

Minimum Order Value (MOV) or order minimum is the total dollar amount a customer must purchase to qualify for a pick up or delivery. You can set a unique MOV for different pickup or delivery days and locations.  When choosing your MOV you can take into consideration different variables like delivery distance, gas mileage, operating costs and more.  You will want an MOV that makes it worth your while to fulfill orders, but that is not too high that it discourages a customer from ordering.  

If you cannot fully complete your order due to items that become out of stock and the order minimum can no longer be met, you may cancel the order or allow the customer to cancel for free. For more information on cancellations please view the How do cancellations work?.
