Add users to your account if you would like other people in your business to have access to your business’s account in Navore Market. You can add as many users as you like and choose which features they have permission to access. For example, if you have people who only conduct deliveries or manage media, you can give them access to the features that are only relevant to their job.
Add Users by going to “Users” in “My Account”. Go to Account> My Account > Users
- Just select “Add new user”, add their name, email address and select the permissions you would like to grant for this user
- Once you finish, select save user. This new user will then receive an email to finish setting up their account
How to choose
- Choose permissions based on that user’s job and role on your online marketplace
- We separated the permissions based on 3 main roles: Admin, Manager, and Daily User.
- Admins have access to everything, even your plan
- Managers have the ability to edit your settings like your storefront or delivery plans
- Daily Users complete tasks such as harvest lists or deliveries
- Once you narrow down which role this user has, you can get even more specific and deselect permissions in that role to have less access or add access to other permissions categorized in a different role
- Note: if you select Admin, all permissions below will automatically be selected. If you select Manager, all Manager and Daily User permissions will be selected. Don’t worry, you can still deselect specific permissions.
