In your “Orders” tab in the menu go to “Order settings” and select “list manager”. Orders > Order Settings > List Manager

What is it for?

• Your list manager will determine how and when your lists will be automatically generated for you by Navore.  
• Lists can help organize and manage all of the steps that it takes to fulfill an order. They are automatically generated based on the information that you enter in the list manager and can be customized to fit the needs of your operation.  Use them to consolidate all of your daily tasks and update product information for orders like items that are partially harvested, cannot be completed, and more.  

• If you do not want to use lists, keep each list manager turned off,   

• If you would like to use the lists, select which lists you would like to use and turn them on by selecting the toggle next to each list manager. We recommend using all lists to assist with the flow of your order fulfillment and reduce the chance of possible errors along the way. 

• Select the general number of days, before the order will be delivered or picked up, to harvest your products for that order  
• If you would like to harvest certain types of items closer to the order handoff date, you can “create and edit harvest groups”.  
• You may select a user or group of users to harvest this list  

• Create groups of products that are typically harvested on the same day. For example, fine greens may be harvested closer to the order date than root vegetables 
• Remember, harvest groups can be harvested on a different day, but must occur on a date after your general number of harvest days  
• To add a new harvest group: create a group name that defines this group for internal use like “fine greens”, select the number of days before the order when you will harvest, and if desired, assign this list to a user or group of users and add the products that belong in this group 

• Select the general number of days, before the order will be delivered or picked up, to pre-pack your products for that order  
• If you would like to pre-pack certain types of items closer to the order handoff date, you can “create and edit pre-packing groups”.  
• You may select a user or group of users to pack this list 

• Create groups of products that are typically pre-packed on the same day. For example, fine greens may be packed closer to the order date than root vegetables 

• Remember, pre-packing groups can be packed on a different day but must occur on a date after your general number of pre-packing days

• You may edit this group at any point  

• Select the number of days, before the order will be delivered or picked up, to pack your products for that order  

• You may select a user or group of users to pack this list 
• Select “show number of boxes” if you would like to keep track of the number of boxes per order. The number of boxes will later be used during loading and pick up or deliveries to make sure the full order is received.
