If you would like help in setting up your account
- Please select “Set up an appointment” from the menu on the bottom of the page
- A Producer Specialist will reach out to you to help you with the process.
- The best part is.. Account set up free!
If you would like to get started on your own,
- Select “sign up” on the main page for producers
- First begin by entering your personal information including email, name and set a password
- Go to your account page to select a plan, don’t worry, we will not charge you until the free trial ends
- If you already know which people from your company should also have access to the account, you can add them under “users”. Just enter their email address and select which features they can have access to. (You can also do this later in the process once you get to know the features a little better.) - Now you can start setting up your storefront in “storefront settings”. Products > Storefront Settings > Store Settings. Check out How to tell your story through your storefront
- Go to “product list”, here you can add your products 1 by 1 or upload your product list from excel. For more information on adding products go to How to add products. Products > Product List
- Finally, Set up your pickup and/or delivery schedule and locations, learn more about how to do this by visiting. How to set up pick up locations and How to set up deliveries
- One of our Producer Sales Specialists will reach out to let you know when your account is approved so customers can see your profile and start to order
