A customer can cancel their order at any point, but if they cancel after your “cancellation cutoff” time, they will be fully charged. If you have not set a cancellation cutoff, customers will be fully charged for canceling.
You can choose to cancel orders at any point from an order on the orders page. When canceling, select a reason for cancellation and any notes you would like to be sent to the customer.
You can select multiple orders to cancel from the list of orders. Just check mark the box and select the "cancel order" button if you are on your desktop OR check mark the boxes and select the three dots in the upper right hand corner on mobile.
You can also cancel an order from the order details. On your desktop, select the three dots in the upper right hand corner and select "cancel order". On your mobile device, on the "edit order status" menu, select cancelled.
If an item or items status changes to "Out of stock" for an order and the order falls below the minimum order value for delivery or pick up, you will be notified. Click on the notification and you will be taken to the order.
- When the order falls below the order minimum due to out of stock items, you can choose to continue with the order, cancel the order or let the customer decide. We suggest that you continue with the order if the order only falls a few dollars below the minimum.
- In the majority of cases, we suggest you allow the customer to decide if they would like to cancel or continue with the order. The customer will have 24 hours to decide.
- If the customer chooses to cancel the order, they will not be charged.
- If the customer does not make a decision after 24 hours, the order will proceed as planned.
- If the order value falls far below the minimum, we suggest you cancel the order.
