NOTE: Complete "Delivery Route Manager" before loading and delivery
On the orders tab, select "Daily delivery routes" under the Delivery/ Pick Up menu. Orders > Delivery/ Pick Up > Daily Delivery Routes
- Select a route to begin delivery
- Begin delivery to locations in order
- When arriving at the location, select the location to view order and delivery details, report missing items, or add an internal note.
- Don't forget to add a photo of the completed delivery and/or a note for your customer.
- Finally, select "complete delivery" or "not able to deliver" to move on to the next location.
- When all deliveries are complete select "finish delivery route"

Note: Try your best to complete the delivery by contacting the customer or providing them with information about where the order was left. If you are not able to deliver, the order total may be refunded to the customer from your account. Go to the Refund Policy article for more information on refunds.
