On order tab, select “daily harvest list” under order tools. Orders > Order Tools > Daily Harvest List
To activate tool go to list manager. Go to List Manager article to learn more.
- View items to be harvested and check off boxes once the full amount is harvested
- Select product to go to product information to add internal notes, move harvest to another day, mark as unavailable, partially filled or in progress. You can also view the order information on the bottom of the product page.
- Internal notes will show up on your harvest list and is a helpful way to communicate specific product information to your crew.
- Move the product to another day if you cannot complete harvest today, but you can still harvest the order before the handoff day. Navore will not allow you to move the product to another day if it conflicts with the handoff day.
- Select “Out of Stock” if none of the product can be harvested for these orders
- Select “Partially Filled” if only some of the product could be harvested and no more can be harvested for these orders. Add the amount you could collect
- If you mark a product as partially filled, you can select which orders will receive the product. The option to “Allocate Products” will appear so you can decide which orders will receive the available products. If you do not allocate, Navore will automatically distribute according to when the order is due and when the order was placed. Orders that are due soonest will have the product allocated to them first. If orders are due on the same day, then those who ordered first will receive the product while those who ordered last will not. Customers will be notified if they will not receive the product. We will also notify you if a customer's order drops below the minimum order value.
- Select “In progress” if you are taking a pause from harvesting. Make sure to include the amount you could collect.
