On your orders page you can manage orders by changing the order status. Orders > Orders List
- You can search for orders with filters and even create your own internal order. Select on specific orders to view or edit details, cancel orders, and more.
- Select on the filter icon in the search bar to search for orders by payment status, delivery or pickup plan(s), or by time period
- You can also edit the order status. Go to "How to change the order status " for more information on changing order status.
- Use “Log Order” to create an internal order. Go to "What is log order? Why would I use it?" to learn more about logging orders.
Select a specific order to view or edit order details including editing order status, marking products as unavailable, canceling the order, fulfilling and charging the customer or contacting the customer.
