We’re excited to help you start accepting payments through PayRix by Worldpay, our secure payment service provider. With PayRix, you’ll have your own merchant account. Here’s how to access and complete the application.
Accessing the Application
Once you’ve created your Navore account, log in and click the banner at the top of the homepage. This will take you directly to the application.
All documents are submitted securely through Worldpay’s website.
Required Documents (for Sole Proprietors and manual bank entries)
You’ll need the following to verify your identity and set up your account:
- Photo ID – A clear image of your driver’s license or government-issued ID. Required if you are a Sole Proprietor.
- Utility Bill – A full-page image showing your name and address. Required if you are a Sole Proprietor.
- Bank Letter or Bank Statement – Required only if you manually enter your bank information instead of linking via Plaid.
The option to upload these documents can be found at the end of application.
Additional Documents (If Requested)
These may be required if automatic verification fails due to typos or outdated IRS records:
- SS-4 Form or Tax Documents – To verify your EIN or business name.
- Business License – To confirm your business address or industry classification.
- Tax Documentation – To verify your legal name or Social Security number.
Information You’ll Need
Prepare the following before starting your application to speed up the process:
- Legal Business Name
- DBA (Doing Business As), if applicable
- EIN or Social Security Number*
- Business Type (e.g., LLC, Sole Proprietor)
- Business Contact Info (address, phone number, email)
- Industry Code: 5499
- Business Start Date (an estimate is okay)
- Average Transaction Amount & Monthly Processing Volume (estimates are fine)
- Owner Information (name, contact details, DOB) – List all owners with 25%+ ownership
- Bank Account Info – Use Plaid for the fastest verification (you may need to enable Plaid as a connected app on your online banking account first)
*Note: LLCs filing taxes as Sole Proprietorship should select Sole Proprietorship as the business type and enter your social security number as the TIN.
