Orders can be canceled at any point by either party.
A customer may cancel their order at any point, but if they cancel after the producer's “cancellation cutoff” time, they will be fully charged. If the producer does not have a cancellation cutoff, customers will be fully charged for canceling.
- Customers may receive the option to cancel their order if items from their order are "out of stock". The option to cancel is left up to the producer's discretion.
- If the producer allows the customer to decide if they would like to cancel due to out-of-stock items, the customer will not be charged for the cancellation.
Producers may cancel orders at any point, but if a customer does not receive their order they may be entitled to a refund. Please view our Refund Policy article for more information.
- If items are out of stock and a customer's total decreases past the minimum value, the producer will be notified. They will have the option to continue with the order, cancel the order, or let the customer decide. Customers will have 24 hours to decide. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, they will not be charged.
- Navore recommends the producer lets the customer decide in most cases and cancel the order if the total falls far below the minimum value.
