Wholesale: What is log order? Why would I use it?

You can use “log order” to create an internal order or create an order on behalf of a wholesale customer. Internal orders can be used to organize what you need to bring to a farmers market or farm stand. Whereas a wholesale order can be created for a wholesale customer who is placing orders with you outside of Navore and you still want to track the order through Navore. The order will go through the lists from harvest to packing. Orders > Orders List > Log Order

• Once you select “log order” you can begin. Choose the wholesale customer, wholesale group or choose internal order.
• Add products from your storefront or even add custom items. Add notes for your customers or internal notes for you or your team. Select payment method and order pick up or delivery date. Add fulfillment status to keep track of payment status for internal orders.
• You can also choose to make this order recurrent.
