What you pay:
Navore charges a monthly producer subscription of $60/month for our basic plan and $100/month for our wholesale plan.
What customer pay:
Navore charges customers a 6.5% Navore fee that is added at the bottom of each order. Navore also charges customers a $4 Navore fee for deliveries on top of whatever delivery fee the producer sets and collects.
Why?
We want to keep the cost for both producers and customers as low as possible. This is why we charge customers a Navore fee at checkout. We also believe that it makes more sense to have the Navore fee even lower for pick up orders so pick up orders get charged 6.5% of their order total and deliveries get charged 6.5% +$4.
How does this work?
The total sales amount gets a 6.5% Navore fee added to the total. This amount gets transferred to the payment processor. Once there, they will take out the absorbed fee (Navore fee) and the rest goes to your merchant account. Although it may look like we are taking a % of your sales, we are not. The % is the additional amount the customer is paying on top of your total sales. It only looks this way because they are “traveling” together.
Whenever the order is a delivery order, the $4 Navore fee, called the supplemental fee, gets added to the order total. The supplemental fee “travels” to the payment processor with the credit card service fee (3.25%). Since the supplemental fee is traveling separately from your sales, it has no connection to your merchant account.
